If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to get it all sorted out for you!
All return and exchange requests must be made within 30 days of recieving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
At this time we do not expect or offer returns or exchanges on international orders, but please contact us if you have issues and we will work to resolve them on a case by case basis.
If 30 days have passed since receiving your order your item will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
If the item you received is defective or damaged, we are more than happy to exchange it – all you have to do is ship your product back and we will send you a replacement at no additional charge.
I want you to LOVE your jewelry! I am happy to offer you a full refund for the item if you are not satisfied. Once your return is received, you will be sent an email to notify you that I have received your returned item and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Jewerly must be in a new/un-used state within the 30 day window to be returned.
If you’d like to return your product, email firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Lose something? There is nothing worse than an earring without a mate! If you have lost an earring please shoot an email to email@example.com. If it is a design that is still in production we do offer single earring replacements for half the price of original pair.
